More than 50 Japanese companies shot their interest in participating in DONES

More than fifty Japanese companies participated on 4 December in the DONES Industry Infoday held in Tokyo, Japan. During the meeting attended by our director, Ángel Ibarra, Japanese companies showed their interest in participating in the DONES program. After the success of the event, it plans to organize future B2B conferences between the Spanish and Japanese industry.

The DONES Industry Infoday in Tokyo was organized by the Spanish CDTI and the IFMIF-DONES Spain Consortium, in collaboration with the Spanish Embassy in Tokyo and of Kyoto Fusioneering.

The event aimed to present IFMIF-DONES, as well as the plans for a future fusion neutron source in Japan, the potential business opportunities that these initiatives will generate for Japanese companies and the avenues offered by Spanish institutions and industry to expand.
