High schools and a reading club visit our facilities

New groups have continued visiting our facilities in Escúzar. In recent weeks, we have welcomed students from IES Padre Manjón and IES Trevenque, both based in Granada. We also hosted a session of the reading club “Science Tells Its Story”.

Through initiatives like these, we aim to bring the work carried out at our Escúzar facilities closer to different segments of society. As a major scientific infrastructure funded with public resources, the project seeks to increase public understanding of fusion energy, its benefits, and its role in the future energy landscape.

These visits help explain our work in an accessible way, inspire scientific vocations, and build public trust, while reinforcing Granada’s position as an international hub for research and innovation.
