Málaga and Cádiz host presentations on IFMIF-DONES industrial opportunities

The Industry Office has organised the session “IFMIF-DONES: innovation and European opportunities for Andalusian industry” in Málaga and Cádiz, in collaboration with the Andalusian Council of Chambers of Commerce, the local Chambers of Commerce, and the Andalusian European Information Network.

Both events aimed to bring the business community closer to the opportunities for business development, innovation, and technological collaboration linked to IFMIF-DONES, the largest scientific infrastructure currently under development in Spain and one of the most significant research initiatives in Europe.

The Málaga session took place on 23 June and opened with remarks by Ricardo Nandwani, President of the Digital Business Commission of the Málaga Chamber of Commerce, and Mercedes León Lozano, Managing Director of the Andalusian Council of Chambers of Commerce.

The Cádiz session, held on 24 June, was opened by Francisco González, who welcomed participants at the Cádiz Free Trade Zone facilities.

These two presentations add to those already held in other Andalusian cities, with the aim of raising awareness of the opportunities offered by IFMIF-DONES across the entire region.
