The Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) of the DONES Programme Governing Board is meeting on 7–8 October at the Quinta Alegre Palace, the official headquarters of the IFMIF-DONES España Consortium in Granada. This body provides technical recommendations to support critical decision-making for the strategic objectives of DONES.

During the meeting, STAC members reviewed key topics related to engineering, systems integration, and the overall status of the programme. The agenda also includes a visit to the IFMIF-DONES facilities in Escúzar. This is the second annual meeting of the STAC held in Granada.
