The WiD collective participates in the 5th Granada Awards for Female Entrepreneurship and Leadership

The 5th Granada Awards for Female Entrepreneurship and Leadership featured Celia Carvajal, Control Systems Manager for the IFMIF-DONES project and a member of the Women in DONES (WiD) collective.
This initiative, promoted by the Granada City Council in collaboration with Combo Comunicación, brought together more than 120 attendees on June 30th and included representatives from institutional, business, and social sectors.
Celia Carvajal participated in the roundtable entitled “Female Talent Management in Business and Experiences in Favor of Equality” alongside Andrea Salguero Cano, Director of Administration at Semilleros Saliplant; Clara Castro Ríos, advisor and production director at the Miguel Ríos Foundation; and Esther Molina Crespo, General Manager of SUNCRUISE Andalucía and President of the CESUR Tourism Commission.
The panellists shared their professional journeys, discussed advances in gender equality, and reflected on the fundamental role of women in their respective fields, as well as the challenges ahead for achieving a more equitable society.
